![]() ![]() ![]() I have a vue plugin so I get the snippets, highlighting, linting, formatting, auto completion, etc in my vue files, and then I can open up a react project and and have all the snippets and also all the js stuff, and then I can open a php file and have everything for that.Īfter installing the plugins it just becomes a cohesive, all-in-one application where I don't need anything else. Maybe I'm still not understanding the thought process, but why would I want multiple different IDEs, programs, whatever, when I can just use vscode and install whatever plugin I need.Īnd I just keep all of them enabled, so after installing plugins, it's not like I have to switch anything around. Instead of having a tool that does a set number of things, why isn't it better to have a tool that does nothing, but you can do literally anything you want with plugins? It's not like a big process, you just type in the plugin you want and click install and it does instantly. I don't know, from my point of view, I don't feel like that's a problem at all. /r/programmerhumor - (post your memes here instead)./r/freelance (discussion related to freelancing)./r/learnjavascript (any JavaScript questions).Questions in violation of this rule will be removed or locked.
